How to assign the tickets who are online in the organization based on the shift timings?

Hello Team,

How can we Auto assign the tickets to those who are online in the organization based on the shift timings.(it should not be assigned to the offline member).

**Online-people who have logged in Jira and active in shift timings

**Offline-people who have not logged into Jira any shift timing

How can we achieve this?

Any suggestions will be helpful.

As per my knowledge, there is not easy way to do this.
