Hi everyone,
I have a problem with the visibility of the ticket, so I have a project in Jira Service Management about HR and I want to restrict the visibility of one of the tickets in my Project.
Thanks!
If you are using Automation for jira plugin, you can follow steps mentioned in below article and auto add security level on ticket created.

Cloud version of this app is not available. My solution is for server/dc.
Just check if you have this option enabled by default in JSM cloud. If present, then it will be under "Edit Issue" action
