How can i add comments section in the module in the bottom right for the new issue creation ?

You must be a registered user to add a comment. If you've already registered, sign in. Otherwise, register and sign in.

I am referring to the bottom right module that is opening when you crate a new issue.

I cannot paste a screenshot because the system do not allow me to exceed than 100.000 characters
