How to add already existing customers to a new organisation without manually entering again?

Hi Guys,
Could you please advise if it's possible to add existing customers to newly created organisations in Jira Service Management? Currently, it seems the only method available is to manually add customers and their email addresses each time.
We've been using Jira Service Management without organisations, and we're looking to transition to using organisations for both our existing and new customers in the most efficient way possible.
