How to add a new assignee to a service request with approval?

Hi, I'm attempting to move my assignment on a service request with approvals to the person taking over my role.

Essentially, we use this request for travel requests, and once approved by a supervisor, they get assigned and sent to myself. How do I edit this so that instead of the automatic assigning going to me, it goes to someone else?

I have admin permissions but can't seem to edit anything in regards to 'Assignee'.

Anyone got any tips?

You can do this with an automation room, and a sign a ticket to a project role.
