How to add Approve/deny button while sending email notification to Manager at particular status

Hi team,

I need to send email notification to my Manger with Pop screen (Approve /Deny) from jira cloud. One he "Approve" through email automatically issue status  should change next.

The same feature is available in JSM . Can you help me out in this to create a same feature in Jira Cloud to send email notification with "Buttons".

Hi Ashok,

When you say this is available with JSM, but you want to use with Jira Cloud - are you not using JWM in the Cloud version? Because that functionality is there, also.
