How to access customer details field using automation/ does it have any api end point?

I want to update the customer details field automatically through the values from the  custom field

There is an API endpoint to fetch your customers for a given servicedesk: Fetch Customers - Atlassian API

In orther to find out what your servicedeskID is you will probably want to use this other endpoint first: Get Servicedesks - Atlassian API

Finally you can find this info via UI by following this documentation: Manage customer detail fields | Jira Service Management Cloud | Atlassian Support
