How to Send reminder to approver and also how to change Dashboard for Agents

I want send email notification to approver, that this ticket have your approver required
and also want to change dashboard for agents

To send a reminder you might want to look in to the Automation rules.

You can set up a "scheduled" trigger, and based on the JQL you enter have an email action send a reminder.

That JQL trigger could be something like not updated in the last 30 days.

You'll have to elaborate a bit on what the issue/request is for the dashboards.
