How to Remove 100 Email Limit After Upgrading Plan

Hello Atlassian Community,

I recently upgraded my Jira Service Management plan to the Standard paid plan. However, my account is still limited to 100 emails and shows a message saying that the 14-day trial must end before I can access the full email functionality.

I have already completed the upgrade/payment process, but the restrictions are still active.

Hey @Ken Turner ,

 

If your Jira Service Management site is still within the 14‑day Standard trial, Jira continues to enforce Free-plan email limits (100 emails per 24 hours) until the trial period ends automatically. Please take a look to the following ticket https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/JRACLOUD-75359

So when the 14-Day Free Trial is over the limit of 100 emails per day will be lifted ?
