I have created a 'Requests' team and channel and added Assist to it. I want users to be able to raise a request easily, but the only way I can see to do it is for them to send a message in the channel and then me to click 'Create Ticket with Assist'
When you message the assist bot it says "Raise requests with Assist via the compose box, the message extension, or the message action capabilities.".
I was wondering how a user can raise a request via the compose box themselves as I can't work it out or find any documentation. It is better if they raise it themselves as they can then fill in the required fields etc.

Is your request channel set to manual work item creations or automatic work item creation? Your customers should be able to raise the request themselves using assist.
