I’ve added my personal email to JSM for testing purposes. However, when I try to delete the customer, the Delete button is missing under Actions.
I noticed that under Organization, each organization does have a delete button. Could this be an issue within JSM, or am I overlooking something?

Hi @Jerrel and welcome to the Community!
All users in Atlassian are global and managed by the Organization admin. JSM-customers are regarded as non-licensed users with limited access.
It is possible to revoke access or delete a JSM-customer but you need to have the Org-admin permission to do that sp contact your org admin to sort this out.

I'm the org-admin luckily. However, the user that I created is not in the list of users (also not without the filter).
