Our company is using Jira to manage projects as well as ITSM.  I would like to be able to create a report of all projects, with fields such as status, assignee, due date, etc.  I had this ability where I worked before, but the report option is not on the Jira Projects Page.  Does someone know how to get it there - is this a config option?  Thank you!

Hello @Brigitte Jackson

Welcome to the Atlassian community.

You said you could do this on "the Jira Reports page" where you worked before. Were you working with Jira Cloud then, or Jira Data Center?

In Jira Cloud there is a Reports tab associated with each project. Those are usually reports scoped to just the one project or in the case of Agile Scrum/Kanban boards associated with Software projects the Reports scope with be the same as the board.

Alternately you can create filters to select the issues from multiple projects. With Filters you can use the List view to display the results as a table and add columns for the fields you want to see.

You could reference that filter in a Jira Dashboard gadget to get the data in alternate views, like Two Dimensional Statistics.
