How remove or change the value for defaul "NONE" in the radio button field?

Hi @Maryi Morales ,

Are you using old or new issue transition experience? The reason I'm asking is that on the new issue transition experience (which affects screens and fields presented once you start the status transition), "None" value is not presented for the Radio buttons.

*note: you might be automatically switched to a new transition experience in the upcoming weeks

We're here looking at the agent view and Jira user transition screen.

An additional note is that you can still use the old issue transition experience and set that radio button field as required. Then option "None" would also not be visible.
