With Opsgenie, the log retention was 13 days for configs/APIs and Alerts stayed on forever as long as the account was live.
What is the retention policy for JSM operations on Enterprise account post migration from Opsgenie?

In Jira Service Management Operations (Enterprise), operational / configuration logs are retained via Jira Cloud audit logs for approximately 180 days (6 months).
It is important to note that Atlassian does not explicitly define that this retention period applies only to operations logs; it refers to audit logs in general. There is no extended or configurable retention for operations/configuration logs beyond this period. If longer retention is required (for compliance or audit purposes), logs must be exported and stored externally.
