how do you raise service requests/incident against assets?

Hi @Keith Perry and welcome to the Community!

To raise service requests about assets, you'll need to set up one or more Asset objects custom field(s). These can then be added to your request form(s), so users raising a request are enabled to select the assets with their requests.
