How do use Request Type Option IDs in a Workflow Condition?

Sheri Larsen April 14, 2023

I started with comparing Strings, but it seems there is actually and option ID behind the scenes.  I figured out the option IDs of the request types (31, 32, 33, 34, ...) but the workflow is still not working when I compare are option id.  What am I doing wrong?

What app are you using to do this comparison?  (Which app?  As Jira doesn't have native comparisons like this)

Instead, I assigned different Issues Types to each Request Type and tried to use them as conditions.  But it didn't work either.
