How do I use the Asset and configuration management on JSM

I'm the JSM Premium user

and I can see there's the 'Asset and configuration management' feature support when I use JSM Premium

How do I enable it?

What is the name of this feature?

Especially I want to use CMDB feature,

The feature is called assets.
