How do I set up a calendar to notify me of the completion of the plans?

Hello everyone,

I would like to automate the notifications in a calendar. In this case I would like it to be a common calendar for all the projects I have created, where I can receive notifications of the expiration of the plans.
For example, "Project XXX" - contract expiration in 15 days.
Do you know of any application?
Or, is it possible to create it in Jira's own calendar? If so, is it possible to create the event without creating an issue?
For example, I created this notification for today (as a test), but if I didn't link it to a task it didn't appear in the calendar.
