How do I restrict so only customers within a specific organisation can see each other's tickets

I have 1 project called 'IT helpdesk' and I'd like certain customers to be able to raise issues/ requests under this project.

I also only want customers within the same organisation to be able to view each other's requests. e.g. customers from different organisations can't see each other's requests or even view the other organisation names or projects they don't have access too.

I can't see how to set this up, any help is appreciated!

That is precisely how organizations work. The customer to an organization it allows them to share issues among themselves but not with other customers in other organizations. I just need to be sure that you don’t have the same customer in multiple organizations where you don’t want them to be able to share issues.
