How do I lock down the Servicedesk view so clients only see what is needed to them.

How do I lock down the Servicedesk view so clients only see what is needed to them?

We are creating a Space/pages in Confluence and would like to add links to these locations in the service desk. When a client logs in, we want them to only see the information belonging to them.

Hoping I can get suggestions on how to set something like this up.

Thank you in advance,

Dave

@Dave Hattig -

Hi Dave:

I can only assume that you want to lock down on what issues that one can see within the portal for a given JSM project.  If so, then you can adjust customer permission

Here is a link on grouping customers in an org - https://confluence.atlassian.com/servicedeskcloud/blog/2016/09/group-customers-in-organizations

Hope this helps.
