How do I get ahold of a Jira person for questions

We are considering purchasing Service management.  I have not found a Jira person I can discuss my requirements and questions with.  If anybody has a way I can get in contact with someone (or if I can't), please let me know how.

Atlassian don't have people who do that sort of sales support.  Generally, you would look to a partner to have those discussions, or ask questions here on the community if there's not a huge amount of them.
