How do I get access to view a jira service project?

I have access to other projects, but everytime my admin gives me access to a service project, I am still unable to view the service project.

Hello @Nate Shankles 

For getting the access to the service management project, you need to have Jira service management license. Ask your Jira admin to add you the JSM Product please.
