I have set up conversational ticketing between Slack and JSM Cloud. Everything seems to be working but the requestor seeing the ticket replies. This is what I found after I created the ticket through Slack...
- Reply in DM thread does not sync to JSM but does show for requestor in Slack.
- Reply from thread in Triage channel syncs with JSM but does not show for the requestor in Slack.
- Reply from thread in Assist app syncs with JSM but does not notify show for the requestor in Slack.
How do I fix the Slack thread replies to sync between requestor and JSM?
