How do I edit the value of the Label field?

One of of our screens is a field called Labels:

This seems to be a standard field, as I do not find it under Custom Fields.

How can I modify the values of this field?

Hi @Jacques B

You should be able to just type into the Labels field to add a new label, or otherwise select a Label as you're seeing.

This is a system field that's in-built into Jira, not a custom field as you say.

One thing to check here is whether the Labels field is added to your Edit Screen for this project - I know in the new issue view this can cause confusion if not done, which might be what's happening here.

Using Colored Label Manager  you can  Manage (Add , Edit , Remove ) your labels globally or per-project  and see at a glance how often labels are being used
