How do I delete demo customers?

I do not see a button for user management, all of the other articles are showing that but I'm not seeing anything.

Hi @Modern Money and welcome to the community,

If you can't see a cog wheel, then you are not allowed to remove any customer. I would advise you to find a site admin and ask him/her to do that for you. However if you are a project admin of a JSM project and the customers permissions allow you to do so, then you could remove him/her from the project via the customers section (if they are portal only customers).
