I've read several articles - all about the Differences between "People and Access" and "Customers" page in JSM Cloud. My question is simple, how do delete unwanted customers who are 'active' in customers, but do not appear in the Access, People section for the project?

Customers section should be showing for every JSM project. Another way to look for the portal-only customers is to look on Atlassian administration, look for the site and Jira service management option
