How do I customize Service Desk Login Page?

Currently the linked issue shows as resolved.  However, as my comment on the issue indicates, I can find ZERO documentation on how to customize the login page.  Please provide more detail on how to do this.

Your second link has no instructions, and links only to https://confluence.atlassian.com/servicemanagementserver/configuring-the-customer-portal-939926277.html which does not explain how to customise the Service Desk Login Page.

I think this is the "ZERO documentation" the OP was referring to.
