Hello.

How do I change the sender name of an email notification when the agent add a comment to a request?

When I test sending notifications to a client, I receive notification email to my personal mail box, where the sender name is the jira agent, but the email of sender is specified as a system.

For example:    "John Sender"(jira@domain.atlassian.net)

What i want to do: "Project name(or other name of sender)"(jira@domain.atlassian.net)

I want to send all comment from one sender name.

Thank you for reaching out to the Atlassian Community!

When it comes to Customer notifications, currently, it will show the name of the agent that added the comment or made the change on the ticket.

It will show the name of the project on the first notification (Issue Created) if the customer creates the ticket via email or portal. 

It's not possible to change this setting. There is a feature suggesting this improvement:
