How do I change the language to English instead of Spanish in the Create tab

In the Create tab the language is reading Spanish and I need it in English.

What is set as the language in your personal profile?

What is set as the language global in Jira?

What are the language and location settings on your device?

What are the language and location settings on your browser?

Any of these can impact your shown language

The language should be set at English. All other tabs have English as it's default language.

The screen is in English, the Title of the Request Type is set in Spanish, this is not able to translate in the create screen and the field names on the screen (custom field) have, their name is in Spanish.

On an already existing request are the field names also in Spanish?

If you can't change this, contact your Jira admin, to help you in this request, but it might be a decision made in the instance
