I have created a form for a project in the project settings.  The form appears on the ticket as expected, but when I run a JQL report, the form fields do not appear in the "Columns" list for the issue navigator.

@Monica Villanueva -

Welcome to the community.  The element associated to your Form's configuration (ones that are not mapped to your JSM issue's fields) are only within the Form object and are not available in the JQL fields.

It is my understanding that Atlassian is planning to bring in the FORM's REST APIs to be included as a part of the Jira/JSM REST APIs as a whole where you can extract the data of the FORM's element in the CLOUD env.

As of right now, the REST APIs for FORM is already released in Q2/2023 - https://www.atlassian.com/wac/roadmap/cloud/forms-api?&p=b61dce33-c0  Where you can use it to extract the FORM content.

Your best option for ensuring that you can use JQL to pull FORM's information is by mapping your FORM's element to actual JSM fields in your FORM's configuration.

Hope this helps.
