I used to receive notifications every time an issue was created, updated, closed, etc. But now I am not getting any mail notification from Jira. Not even with the "Send me a Test Email" option. How can I reactivate notifications to my email?
Comment that all cases of project notifications are activated.
I would also like to know if there is another way to send more personalized email notifications, since client notifications in the project have very limited variables.
Hi Kevin:
Have you already checked to see if you have any filtering setup in your email client that filtered emails coming from your JSM site to some other places in your email app? Secondly, have you checked with your email admin team (i.e. Exchange team) to see if emails are being blocked from reaching your account?. Lastly, did other users in your company still getting the emails without any issues?
You can also reach out to Atlassian Support (https://support.atlassian.com), so they can look into the system logs to further troubleshoot.
In regards to sending custom email messages, you can establish automation for Jira rules to trigger "Send mail" action to your specified recipient(s). Here is a reference link on automation rules - https://support.atlassian.com/cloud-automation/docs/jira-cloud-automation/
Hope this helps.

Hi @Kevin Hañari ,
I believe our app Notification Assistant for Jira can help you with personalized notifications.
It allows you to fully customize notification templates, rules, and much more.
