How can we transfer attachments from JSM to JPD using automation?

We're using Jira Service Management (JSM) to intake ideas and pushing them into Jira Product Discovery (JPD) via automation. Currently, we're using the "Create Issue" action and linking the issues, but attachments aren't transferring.

Would using "Clone Issue" instead help preserve attachments?
What are the best practices or workarounds to ensure attachments are added to JPD tickets during this process?
