How can we include the full comment history in Jira email notifications? We are facing an issue where only the most recent comments are included, which does not meet our clients’ expectations. Could you advise on the best approach, via native configuration, an add-on, or an API?
Jira Server lets you change this setting, Cloud doesn't.
For Cloud you can use a 3rd party add-in like Email This Issue or you can set up an automation to send your email that includes the {{issue.comments}} smart value, which would include all comments.
