How can we create a similar Site for a different Division?

With the split in business Division, we're trying to find a way to create / duplicate the same site we currently have with Different URL

Welcome to the community.

My first question why, as it will duplicate your costs?

Make use of the permission options in the system and even issue security to provide different access to different projects in the instance.

You could do a full backup of your cloud and create a new instance an import the backup.

Or look at the multiple help center options, see create-and-manage-help-centers here you can specify on which help center which JSM project is avaiable.

Or as you mention that you are on an Enterprise plan, have your org admin create a new site within the enterprise instance.

check the system settings there is a duplicate site and see if the you can change the URL
