How can we add different keys for different service requests i.e. for Incidents it must show as ITSMINC-001, for service request it must show as ITSMSR-001 similarly for change and Problem tickets as well.

No, you can't do that. All Issue keys are based on the project key they are created under. You would have to have different projects per issue type if you wanted to be able to do that.
Which you can do if you want. You can have a single Service Desk project and then clone the ticket into different Jira Software projects based on the issue type. This can be done with automation rules.
