How can i create standart template in description field on service management project

You should create a new custom field of Paragraph (multi-line) text type.

Then edit the Default Value for the field to put in your “template”.

Then create an automation rule to cope the value of the new custom field into the Description field when the custom field is updated.

you would/could not do that within the Description field. Rather, you would/could use custom fields and/or Forms to gather the desired data. You have the option to make each individual bit of data required if desired. Does this make sense?
