How can i change the Timezone in the Customer Portal

Hello,

how can i change the Timezone in the Customer Portal of Jira Service Management (Cloud)

I want to change from AM/PM to the German Timezone so instead of 2:00 PM --> 14:00

this answer given only changes the display format.  Not the actual time zone.  Which I believe is what the original post asks about.  I am also looking to change the time zone.

Here is what I found for entire project time zone changes for the cloud version:

Admin account: 

Settings> Jira Settings>

System> General Configuration>

Country for time & also Time Zone can be set here.

Hi, this is exactly what I am looking to do, however I don't have the same click through menu that you're describing above. I cannot find Jira Settings > System > General Configuration.
