@Gabriel Mercer de Lima S. If you are using a company managed project then you can add screens to a workflow transition. You can create this screen and add time tracking to this screen prompting the user to add time. Below is a link to documentation about workflows. In the transition section, it talks about how to add a screen with a link to how to create a screen.
