How can I remove More Tools and Automation

Is there way how can I delete those 2 fields from my ticket. It doesn't look good, I don't need them right now and I want to remove that. Posting screenshot thanks

These are ootb panels that can't be removed.

These are not fields.

The panels are for fields that might be empty, but if you place information in them based on processing request, the fields will show.(More fields panel)

The automation panel is for checking if any automation rules on the issue/work item executed.
