How can I reach out to talk about - enhancements to the Jira process for opening Storage and Backup

Hello Jira Team,
I would like to discuss potential enhancements to the Jira process for opening Storage and Backup cases.
Could you please let me know who would be the appropriate person or team to contact regarding new fields, requirements, or information that we would like to add to these case types? Alternatively, if this would be better discussed in a meeting, could you advise on the best way to arrange that conversation and who should be involved?
We would like to review some ideas and understand the process for requesting changes to improve the information collected when Storage and Backup cases are created.

Your message talks about "when Storage and Backup cases are created". In what system are you creating these cases?

I suspect that you are creating them in a system owned/administered by a customer of Atlassian rather than within Atlassian's own technical support system.

If that is the case, that you are trying to create these cases in a Jira instance belonging to an Atlassian customer, then you need to contact the people who own/administer that Jira instance.

Is that an instance you've been directed to use by your employer? If so I recommend that you start by contacting your employer's technical support organization. If you are unsure who to contact, start by reaching out to the people who told you where to submit your Storage and Backup cases.

Here we are a user community populated by customers and partners of Atlassian. We don't have access to the system you may be accessing and we are not the administrators of it. You will ultimately need to work with the administrators of that Jira instance to request changes to how it functions.
