How can I make sure i extract only active Confluence users to excel?

How can I make sure i extract only active Confluence users to excel?

Hi, dear community,

I'd like to extracta a list of users we have in Confluence only and who re active. Meaning - to see for how many users are we currently paying in confluence.

What setting should I make to find only such users?

Also, shouldi also check their roles in confluence , or guest role and all roles are billed?

Hello @Vera Valshonok

You can go to User management, filter the product to be Confluence and also to filter out the active users. Click on the three dots and you should see Export users.
