How can I link the Labels field to a field in forms?

Hello,

I'd like to Link the field "Labels" from an Issue to a Checkbox Field in Forms.

If yes is chosen, I'd like to link it to the Labels Field inside the Issue that the form creates, so the workflow I created would work. 

It doesn't need to be a Checkbox Field, it could be any field where I can choose what the User can use.

Sadly I don't find the fiel "Labels" inside the "Linked Jira Field" in the Form Edit screen.

My current Workaround needs the Agent to Chose the Label inside the Issue. But I want that it is already in the Form and a required field, so that the Agents see it on first sight.

The Issue Resolved itself after changing the "Labels" field to a custom field
