How can I get the SLA date and time stamp into a report?

Rose Campbell
November 1, 2022

The Jira export shows the amount of time it took to reach the targeted state (i.e. 5:33 for 5 hours and 33 minutes).  I need the date and time stamp information as shown in the SLA Setup or Jira Incident UI.

Hi @Rose Campbell

I suggest you use the SLA Time and Report add-on for this. There you can set up SLA conditions and select the goal type “Negotiated date”. Then export the date and keep only the required columns.

You can try it for free with a 30-day trial. The app was developed by my team, so if you require any further assistance, I'll be glad to help you.

Thank you.  I saved the link and will look into this add-on.
