I want to see the search terms that are used in the Help Center by our customers. This information would help us improve our knowledge base and potentially our product.
Has anyone been able to do this?
Our company uses the Help Centre as a Support Portal to our customers with Jira Service Desk for ticketing and Confluence for the knowledge base. This is on Jira Cloud.

Currently, it's not possible to get the terms customers use on the search in the customer portal. We have a feature request suggesting the implementation of this ability:
