I'm trying to get Rovo to list open issues for the current customer, but I want the issue links in the list to be the 'Customer Portal' links so I can send the list to the customer.
I've tired just simply asking Rovo 'What is the customer portal link for the current issue?', but it just returns the agent view link.
Any ideas on how to make this work?

I just used the following prompt "I want you provide to me the customer url portal for this issue" and Rovo brings back to me the customer URL for my current issue.
It can be some AI's prompting association. What I recommend after perform the prompt is to watch the operations Rovo is doing in the chat to see if Rovo is even trying to perform an operation to find customer portal.
