How can I edit the number format of a column in Jira Service Management Queue?

How can I edit the number format of a column in Jira Service Management Queue?

I'm trying to edit the format of a column, called Serial No. - at present it is showing as a comma separated number and I want to change this to no commas or decimal points. I can't see where to change the format, any suggestions please?

It is not currently configurable. There’s a long-standing open issue on this - JRACLOUD-7582

Depending upon your requirements you might consider using a text field. Of course that comes with its own set of challenges.
