I want to download to excel all the issues including all the fields and custom fields the same way I do it in a Jira Software project but I do not have that option in Jira Service Management.
Welcome to the community. It is the same way for JSM vs Jira Software.
Here are the instructions -
1) Conduct an search > Click on "Filters" >> Advanced issue search"
2) In the search UI, enter the necessary JQL to obtain the results. Click the "Export" button and choose either Export HTML report (all fields) or Export Excel CSV (all fields" option to download the file. BTW, I like the HTML report because it can also be opened by using Excel + all custom fields will come in as the actual field names instead of "customfield_xxxx (actual name)" found in the CSV format export. You can then save the HTML or the CSV exports to regular Excel file "xlsx".
