How can I delete a Service desk external user

Hi,

I would like to know how can I delete an "external" user in a Service Desk Project. When I refer to an external user, I mean the Reporter opening a ticket through the customer portal, but not a real jira user.

Its happening that some of the reporters have two accounts: Service desk to ask for requests and then a jira one. I would like to delete the first one.

Thank you,

Alejandra

Hi @Alejandra González ,

When you go in to your project settings you should see a menu items "People"

There you will have a list of all the customers (role: Service Desk Customer) and a link behind the account to remove.

if you are unable to do so, you can also go to

https://admin.atlassian.com -> Jira Service Management and there you can find your portal only customers. Again there should be a link behind the account (...) which gives you a delete account menu item
