I’m working on a project in Jira Team Managed, and I want to sync the status or comments to a Jira Service Management ticket using the API. Is this possible?
Why would you want to do this via the API? What problem are you trying to solve? It would be significantly easier and more transparent through standard automation rules in Jira, which support syncing status and comments through out-of-the-box actions.
