How can I change the email address of outgoing notifications from Jira Service Management?

Good morning, 

I need your support.

How can I change the email address of outgoing notifications from Jira?

We have a dedicated email where user submissions go in. I would like them to get replies from the same address they report to. 

I have not found where I can set this up. Help!

at project level go to project settings, notifications and change the e-mail settings there. for the cloud instance go to system and check the outgoing mail address; I am on free version so I cannot see all the settings. In cloud sending the email from your project domain is the easiest.

Hi, thank you for your reply, but it is not possible to change the way I want to do it.

I can only change the alias for the email, not the full email.
